A vertical-agnostic engine that turns missed callers into booked appointments through a four-touch SMS sequence with automatic staff handoff. Every practice detail and message line is a custom value, so one core deploys across dental, med-spa, veterinary, chiropractic and physio by swapping copy — not rebuilding. A 9-stage pipeline tracks every caller end-to-end.
Medical Appointment Auto Token Generation System
A day-of-month token engine for a clinic's booking calendar: the moment an appointment is confirmed, a 197-node workflow running GoHighLevel custom code issues the patient a sequential queue token and writes it to the contact record — so the number persists instead of living only for the length of the run.
Three companion workflows carry the rest of the journey: confirmation with reminders 1 day / 2 hours / 10 minutes before the visit, cancelled / no-show / showed routing with a matching follow-up cadence for each outcome, and a reactivation nurture for old leads — 322 nodes working as one connected system, proven on 46 live test bookings.
The Digital Infrastructure Audit Agent
Most audits grade a website. This one grades how legible a business is to machines — the search engines that rank it and the AI models now being asked about it directly. Give it two inputs, a URL and an exact business name, and it runs ~20 live fetches through six verification passes: multi-page crawl, raw head inspection, rendered-DOM re-check in a real browser, infrastructure files, third-party entity cross-reference and a live rank check.
It scores four pillars — GEO, SEO, AEO and a flex pillar that changes by business type — labels every claim verified or inferred, lands findings in chat first so they can be challenged, then renders a branded, client-ready PDF.
